What an incredible journey this game was. Without a doubt, a contender for this year's Indie GOTY.

I'm not even a climber or into climbing but I picked up this game because it drew me in for many different reasons and after having experienced the title drop after the tutorial, I knew I made the right decision.

Mechanically I'm genuinely impressed by the climbing system, It's far from perfect but it does work extremely well and feels very polished. Getting into the groove as you climb is an exhilarating feeling.

Story wise it's left up for interpretation, the character you play as will come off as rude, annoying and even depressed. Despite that, I think there's beauty in playing a very flawed character. You get to make a couple of choices that change the tone of the game and It's hard to argue what the right choice is at a given time.
I would have loved learning more about why Aava is doing what she does but at the same time, coming up with your own explanation and deciding for yourself makes for a better outcome.

The graphics and atmosphere alongside the incredible sound (and music!) design truly makes this game for me. I've had to stop in my tracks from time to time to just appreciate the view, the critters and all the art they've drawn in this game.

There's a lot of love poured into this game, from the smallest details to all the accessibility features that the game provides for a smoother and easier or even harder playthrough.

From start to end, this game has been a beautiful journey.

I sometimes get reminded why I see games as an art form and the reason why I enjoy them in the first place. Blue Prince is one of these games.

This is the first game that I've played in a very long time that comes close to Outer Wilds, one of my all time favourite games. That alone is praise enough.

The atmosphere, sound design, voice acting, graphics, music and the incredibly genius naming/writing all comes together like a blueprint for the perfect memorable game.

While I only have beaten what most people will call the tutorial, and rightfully so, I'm entirely okay with this being the full game for me. It took me about 10 hours to get to the "end" with some slight spoiling here and there but having figured out a lot myself nonetheless.

I'm not so big on puzzles because I tend to be bad at them, and I'm okay with admitting that. The rogue-lite element however made this both frustrating and interesting at the same time. I've called this game Blue Balls before because of how close I was to discovering the secret, only for my run to end because RNG wasn't on my side.

Regardless this game has been an incredible experience and understandably won't be a game for everyone. I'm glad it was for me, at least the first act that is.

Thanks for gifting me this game for my birthday, Kissa.

The equivalent of taking shrooms in a forest somewhere up north.

This game is just a fever dream. It has some incredible things going for it such as atmosphere, map design, music and ambience but it's also plagued with some awful combat, mechanics and janky movement. Overall a very interesting experience and worth the play although personally it dragged on way, way too long. So keep that in mind.

Overall a very enjoyable experience. Great sound effects, graphics, animations and smooth gameplay. The puzzles are never too hard but well thought out.

My only nitpick would be the lack of a soundtrack. While the sound effects are lovely, the game only has ambient songs playing in the background which is fine on its own, but lacks the extra oomph that a fitting song would otherwise give.

Easy 9/10 for me. I would recommend buying this on sale though.

Bramble: The Mountain King is a game that perfectly captures old fairy tales, including all the dark and horror events that happen alongside them.

The game absolutely nails the atmosphere and storytelling. It looks great, plays and runs well and the audio immerses you as you go on this thrilling adventure. Length wise it's arguably a bit short but it hit the sweet spot for me, even though I wish i would've seen more.

The boss fights, while mechanically simple were the absolute highlight for me. There were many different ones and they were all incredible.

I can only praise the studio for how well polished and complete Bramble was, I will be looking forward to their next game.

Sekiro is the last game i've played in the soulsborne series and also after Elden Ring. This is a game that you will appreciate much much more after you've gone through it, making the NG+ sweeter if you are into it.

Initially I lost interest halfway through even though I was enjoying it, but after coming back and finishing the story, reading up on the lore and watching VaatiVidya's video's, I can only appreciate the absolute masterpiece that this game is.

It's different than the other games but executed extremely well, the combat is simply impressive, responsive and the depth is unmatched.

For me personally, Bloodborne will stay my number one, however Sekiro is a close second.

Genuinely the best game i have played the last decade. The story is an experience like no other and if you're planning to play this, it's best to go in blind.

Make sure to get the DLC too, adds a sweet and intense location with its own story and a solid 8-10 hour extra playtime.

I was hyped for this game as i enjoyed the two previous ones, however i personally think it's not as good as the second game when it comes to general content.

The animations/graphics are really nice and the soundtrack is soothing. The puzzles can be tedious and feel a bit random at times, when you compare it to puzzles of the previous games.

I also had some troubles with glitches and bugs, falling through the map or crashing often for unknown reasons.

I'll still recommend this one as i still had fun playing it with my friend.

Bought it for 0,89€. Played it for around 20 minutes and it was honestly worth it.

Simple relaxing game, it's fun to jump around without the game telling you what to do while listening to a pretty chill soundtrack.

Worth it on sale, but paying 3€ seems a little bit too much for the content that's being offered.
