If Slay the Spire is the best and pioneer of a now bloated genre of games, this easily takes the cake as the second best in the genre.

Will say the story is fairly weak, but its skippable, and the gameplay is the meat anyway.

Newest gamemode, Kingdoms, is truly the perfect blend of DD2's roguelike gameplay and DD1's estate management, utilizing the strengths of both games to create a fun gamemode.

Like anything it's fun with friends !!

Pales in comparison to tf2, though. The gamemode "no limits", as well as various custom gamemodes made by the community is about the only real fun one can have with this game. With friends.

The greedy corporate practices made by this company are horrible, selling skins for upwards of $20 per hero(in a game with like 30+ heros?) as well as putting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ co-op missions behind a paywall. Furthermore, a lot of cosmetic packs contains ♥♥♥♥ nobody asked for or wants(what's the point of souvenirs??) just to artificially inflate the already predatory prices further. I believe there used to be a pack for $42 that included 2 skins and some other gaudy garbage.

This game is one of those games where you can't go wrong. Wonderful artstyle combined with what Sonic should be.

So much pizza it'd make anybody buy pizza after a few sessions.

Command badass mechs and crush some bugs

You'll love this game if you want a puzzle-y tactics game about saving a world from giant bugs

This game is sooooo damn good. Once you get into the rhythm of it, you just feel like such a badass, fighting through upwards of 10 people, marching on to the next. It's such a rush that I can't even describe other than pure testosterone in action.

This game is truly wonderful :)

Playing it as a sweet stress-reducer is bound to make your day better, I promise

It's a beautiful chess-themes roguelike that starts off as just you with a gun, but develops into much more strategic depth as you make your way through the floors

I played it before when it was but a demo, and it was great even then!
An amazing indie-gem that is also cheap
