Overal, the character is bland and doesn't bring anything valuable to your storyline.
It feeds off spreading negativity and tries to spread it as much as possible.
It doesn't understand the hard work that some people put in.

I'd recommend to stay away from this one, not even worth it on sale.
Hell, I wouldn't even take it if it was free.

Tldr: feels like this individual has been kicked in the head a few times too many, and never recovered from it.
