Played it on a free weekend. Has potential, but is a no from me RN.

Coming straight from Dark Souls 3 using a home-brewed "Spell Sword" build, this game hurt. The first boss kicked my ass in record time and I felt like I would never be able to beat this game. Now I'm on NG+ and slaying through the game again.

It's hard to reteach yourself that blocking and deflecting hits is the new roll. This game is hard, but fair. Give it a go worth the buy.

I love Kingdom Come Deliverance despite its many flaws. The game is very demanding even on my above average gaming rig. I've had the occasional crash and some minor bugs in the game, but it has come a long way from what I've heard about the launch. It's very refreshing to play an RPG where you cannot "cheese" to win (TES and FF). You start as an illiterate peasant and you know it. Henry can barely swing a sword or defend himself. You need to train and learn these things. The carry system makes more sense how to can be over encumbered but still move (looking again at you TES). I went my first playthrough as a shortsword shield knight, but you can play so many different ways; archery, stealth, even axes and maces.

Overall I say grab this game if you love RPG's and wish for a refreshing take on the middle ages.
