More good puzzles like the base game.

Changes made to combat as there is significantly less types of enemies, weapon upgrades... all in all much less focus on combat. (combat was one of the "lacklusters" i had with the base game, so this is good IMO)

Storywise its better than the base game. They said in dev.log. that they put in a bit more focus on the dialouge in DLC1 compared to the base game, this shows as the conversations have a better flow, are funnier and so on. (a weak story was the second of the "lacklusters" i had with the base game, so this is good IMO)

All in all a great addition to the base game if you want some more of the good stuff!
Im so happy to finally play some more of this gem.

Base game:

This game reminded me of "the good ´ol days" and by that i mean i think about jumping around in Quake and metroid, solving puzzles ála zelda and/or half life/portal with diffrent tools you find along the way.

No over the top handholding, just your NPC´s giving minor hints (not sure if even minor in some cases:D) making you think when solving puzzles. (Good IMO)

No "quest" pointers or cluttered UI, no compass or map for navigation. Just use the landmarks in your surroundings. (Good IMO)

Perhaps the only two things i find lacking is the combat system and perhaps the story but then again, this game is more puzzle and exploration focused so i dont necessary find those a "real" lackluster.

I got a solid ~20hours from this game (100% achivements) and i feel that the price is good when you think about the value you get.

Buy now and start solving those puzzles!

4 years in development and it´s still in early access Alpha...
