Changing my review. This game is stupid. Combat is awful, weapons break and sometimes wont spawn new ones. Stuck in the puzzle of rooms and my last weapon broke, more won't spawn. Enemies keep spawning and even while I am trying to use a door or solve a puzzle they enemies hit you and stop the puzzle. I can't get past this point due to awful design.

Game is just meh for me. Typical open world gimmick. Most of the core aspects are fine but the story, dialogue and overused radio chatter is unbearable. Dialogue is cringe at times.

Possibly the best coop game on steam. Perfect for ruining friendships.

First run through of the game was awesome. There seems to be a difference of recorded play time vs actual time. If you load a save file it reverts play time recorded in game. I played for about 7 hours and it said at the clear screen I played for 5.5 hours. Either way the game is nonstop from start to finish and is totally worth the ride.

Update: They turned things around a bit and it isn't as bad as it was at first. Patches have caught the PC version up to Consoles and they adjusted difficulty in TOT.

Let me start by saying I love MK, all the way back to MK in the Arcade. I supported MK9 on multiple platforms and INJ, MKX and INJ2 the same. I don't usually pre-order games but I went ahead and did for this one. Other games I have not supported due to development choices mainly the microtransactions. I have played MK11 for a little while, finished a tower, customized characters. Looking through there are multiple types of currency and in the shop they are already selling krystals. The game for sure is grindy and presents itself with that mobile F2P game. I bought the Prem edition and realized after the skins and gear isn't even detailed in it.

I am very disappointed that they pushed microtransactions into a game like this. If it was free sure, but not this. I can't suggest buying at this time or maybe even in the future.

Finished this game in one sitting and it was amazing the whole way through. Very powerful story telling and ended up having a shocking twist at the end. Very much worth the few hours of play. If I had one gripe it would be the voice acting in the fourth episode was pretty bad and totally lacking emotion. Still though, very much worth the time.

After hating it on the first try, getting intrigued by Lords of the fallen. I came back to Dark Souls. After some modding for graphic purposes, I am in love and having an awesome time playing. I have been struggling enjoying pretty much anything lately and Dark souls was the fix to my problem.

Health warning, check. Pounding heart, check. slick floor to slide and feel like a badass, check. Best game on vr at the moment, check.
