Fantastic game to play with friends, it's both super funny and scary, and it's fun to mess around in the videos.
The physics and items also add a lot to the experience.

Super fun game! It has great comedy while also some very tense moments, and a good plot.
Short but sweet. And I feel like more people should know about it, I hope that Lethal Company helps with that.
I definitely recommend it!

One of the best games of all time, and with some of the most passionate devs out there. The oriignal version of Dwarf Fortress can be played for free but it's worth it to pay for this one just for all the work that has gone into it. A true classic.

Excellent game!
It's very unique with its gorgeous visuals and great ambience and music, the story is intriguing and has many plot twists, and it's a fun experience overall.
It never felt too hard and the puzzles weren't too complicated, I didn't have to look up any guides, only one for getting all the achievements, but this was made easier thanks to the games chapter system. You can replay any part of the game at any time thanks to a chapter select option available from the main menu, so it only took like 3 hours to get half of the achievements that I missed.
Also loved the unique idea of having not only two different main characters but also having two entirely different points of view, both 1st person and 3rd person.
Totally recommend this if you want a fun game with good characters and story and with many references.

I wish I could give this game a mixed review.
I love this game, I really do. I think it's great for Lovecraft fans.
But it's such a buggy mess that I'm suprised it's even possible to somehow play it.

I patched it with all the suggested mods before even playing it, but after so much messing around I couldn't figure out how to make it not crash when alt tabbing. This is really important for me because I use Discord and ocasionally other stuff while playing games, like searching for some lore related bits or for tips when getting stuck. I tried all the solutions and the game broke even more, so I was like "fine I will avoid alt tabbing at all".
But then, apparently the savefiles weren't working?? I had switched the time of my computers clock to a 24 hour format, as some obscure forum post suggested. That did not work, I saved but the game acted as if I had not saved the game at all, and I was not planning on playing it all in one sitting. After some more messing around I got tired and bought the GOG version thinking it could work but no, it was the same. I was about to give up when I noticed that the autosave from the start was showing up in that version of the game, I searched for the savefiles location and I found all my savefiles. Turns out that you also need to change the long date format in your computer for it to work.

The game ran somewhat smootly after that (I kept playing the Steam version), with some random lag spikes sometimes.
But near the end I did experience some weird glitches, like being teleported out of nowhere into a wall, only to be re teleported back to where I was, in front of many enemies. Or when I could not jump higher than 1 cm. Or when some levers near the end of the game did not work at all.
Despite it all I did enjoy my experience, but I wish I didn't need to fix the game every time I want to play it.
Still, if you can look beyond that, I think this game is an enjoyable experience. The puzzles are not too hard but not easy either, It's not too scary but even after many years I still get anxious in some parts, knowing that I'm a very fragile detective against awful horrors beyond my comprehension.

I don't think I'd ever have the words to truly express what a masterpiece this game is.
This game feels like drinking hot chocolate on a cold rainy night, wrapped in your favorite and softest blanket. It feels like medicine for the soul.

And it's so hard to convince people of trying it because what makes the game special is NOT knowing what's out there.
While this fact sucks because you can only truly experience the game once, it also makes it unique and more exciting.
Outer Wilds really made me feel like the explorer-astronaut that I wanted to be as a kid, it feels as if you're actually making the discovery of the century, except, multiple times in the span of many hours.
Whenever I finished playing it for the day, I was left wanting to know and explore more, because I wanted to discover the secrets behind it.
It is also a puzzle game, but it doesn't feel as tiring and complicated as a few other puzzle games, most of the time the solution is thinking outside the box, while using the knowledge that you have previously gathered.

What I also find fascinating is that you can go ANYWHERE in the game at almost any time (even from the start) with no loading screens, the only thing keeping you from going certain places is your knowledge of how to reach them. The game doesn't impose objectives on where to go next, which is nice because if you're struggling with a certain place maybe you can try another location and that might actually uncover a whole new thing.

The music is also fantastic, it really helps set the atmosphere and it's also very cozy and touching, I ocassionally listen to it while working or playing other games, it is one of my favorite videogame soundtracks.
The artstyle is also great, it really fits the game, and can help create amazing atmospheres, from your cozy homeworld to the creepiest of places in the solar system.

The mechanics of every planet are very unique to me, each planet has its own characteristics and I never got bored exploring them. It also introduces some other mechanics I've never seen in other games, or maybe not as well executed as Outer Wilds does. It can be hard at first to get used to flying in outer space with no/floaty gravity, but sometimes it is also pretty funny flying at super high speeds and crashing into everything.

Also, the DLC: it is very well implemented into the game, you don't have to access another menu option, it just is in your same savefile. I loved that while it still feels like Outer Wilds, it presents another intriguing mystery that is still connected to the main game and explains a few things. I recommend playing it after you play the normal game though, it's super easy to avoid it (you just have to ignore the radio tower in your own planet).

And finally, I don't always get all the achievements for a game, but these ones were very unique, a lot of them were very funny and fun to get, just goofing around and doing stuff that maybe wasn't the intended way. They're also named after so many references. I only struggled with 2-3 of them, but I had lots of fun.

Mobius Digital really did something amazing with this game (their first game actually!), they made my favorite game ever, the game that I always recommend everyone plays, and I can't wait to see what else they'll make in the future! <3

EDIT: Previous fixes no longer work for the achievements, now I have to change the date every time I play the game if I want to get the achievements unlocked, this is because EA pushed an update to Origin to force you to use their new app that doesn't even work.

Great games, terrible choices by a terrible company.
EA has recently implemented a mandatory install for their (still in beta after so many years) EA App, replacing Origin.
This change completely breaks the achievements for ME2 and ME3 (won't get a single one) and won't let you play unless you install their EA App and sign in.
A fix has been found and it's not too complicated to implement but it's ridiculous that you have to do their job and install an external app just to fully enjoy a game that YOU FULLY PAID FOR.

I waited so so many years for this game, and I can say it's even better than I expected and it was totally worth the wait.
The art direction is so good (it's such a gorgeous game and they nailed the atmosphere and music), the story and characters are so captivating that I cried a few times and I still cry in some parts, and the ending was perfect.
I just wish it was a bit longer, but I enjoyed every single moment playing it and it has become one of my favourite games ever, will definitely play it more and can't wait to see what BlueTwelve make in the future <3

(also, if you're a cat lover, you'll probably enjoy this game even more)

This game was my first metroidvania and I'm so thankful for such a good introduction to the genre.
I never thought about speedrunning until I finished this game.

Hollow Knight has a very deep lore that is mostly revealed to you if you pay close attention to small textual and visual hints scattered throughout the game. Yet, you don't need to understand the lore to enjoy the game, because it has gorgeous visuals, distinct characters and great combat mechanics; not to mention the beautifully composed music that I listen to while working because it's just that good and very fitting for the game.

The game has a very forgiving learning curve, great for people new to the genre but with extra challenges for the ones that want more, these challenges don't usually give anything as a reward but the satisfaction of having completed them and some additional endings (and maybe an ocasional item that is not needed to finish the game).

It has an easy to learn combat system that adjusts to your playstyle, but you don't need to kill everything, explore everywhere, and get every single item and upgrade to finish the game, but it does feel nice to get more and more powerful and fight more challenging enemies, bosses, and areas,

Also the levels are beautifully crafted, and you can choose multiple paths to explore, only limited by bosses and items that you can get to access previously locked areas, and you end up unlocking seamless shortcuts to make travelling easier.

Not to mention that it does feel very satisfying to be in a new area, with new enemies, colourful palettes/creative backgrounds and new music.

This game is basically one of the best desserts out there and if you're someone that likes good games with a bit of a challenge, I'm 99% sure you'll enjoy this one!
