你们制作组是不是这样发工资？每月工资条上写着“全组共享绩效池10000元”，然后二十个人冲进财务室疯抢，谁手快谁拿8000，剩下的倒霉蛋分2000。抢到的人得意洋洋：“我这月绩效拉满了”，抢不到的只能啃泡面还陪跑一个月。结果月底复盘，组长说：“这是为了锻炼团队协作和资源分配能力”。——你们做游戏设计的时候，脑子是被异虫啃了吗？《深岩银河》的老矿工是来合作挖矿的，不是来跟队友比手速抢升级的！这“共享升级”比他妈共享单车还难用，建议你们先把工资改成共享抢发，体验一个月再回来更新补丁。
你们制作组参加实习是不是这样的：小组五个人，只要有一个退出了，剩下四个人必须把他那份活全干了才能拿到实习证明？而且正常单人精英深潜明明不用一小时，你们硬生生把一局肉鸽拖到五十分钟，还配上那个“共享升级”——队友抢了你的核心词条然后掉线，剩下你一个人扛着全队的虫潮，升级栏里只剩一堆垃圾，最后花一小时含恨暴毙。建议把公司考勤也改成“全组共享一个打卡名额”，谁抢到谁今天算全勤，体验一下什么叫真正的“协作”。
