An excellent DLC that expands on the merits of the original game in every way. The difficulty is high and it encourages using every trick and tool that the game gives you and playing with different builds

First: Know what you're getting into. This is an Early Access game in active development. It is volatile with plenty of crashes and some unfinished design compromises. Not all character classes are in the game (notable missing classes include Paladin, Bard and Sorcerer).

Second: This game is still a fun DnD experience that translates the tabletop game faithfully to a video game and is well worth playing even in its current state

Finally: If you can tolerate a bit of jank to get the first act of a story and a front row seat to the development of a DnD game, jump on in. If you'd rather have a completely finished and polished game wait until the official launch.

A fun RPG with an engaging story and interesting characters

Absolutely no issues with the port, everything in that department seems to be fixed. Great game for a blast of nostalgia

Absolutely awesome game so far, Combat is fresh and engaging with lots of new wrinkles on top of the proven Total War formula. Round it all off with excellent Voice Acting and World Building and you have a very enjoyable experience all around.

Early on you may need to Go Offline in Steam until the rush on the servers calms down.

Don't bother spending your money on this game. It's little more than a cash grab at this point.
