I would absolutely never pay real money for this game; HOWEVER, this is a Free-to-Play game, so try to understand my review in the context of this game being free.

MY HONEST REVIEW:

This game sucks.

In the game's current state, I cannot recommend it. It is fun; however, the map design and constant non-stop game-breaking bugs make it so frustrating. I have never played a game with more bugs than this one. It's almost comical how many bugs you will experience in literally every single match. Bugs ranging from minor annoyances, to spawning and not being able to move, and you will experience anywhere from 2-4 horrible bugs every game, on top of other minor bugs. I find new bugs almost every match that completely take me out of the game and make me not want to play anymore either because it stops me from doing something or gets me killed. Meanwhile, this game is full of people who abuse exploits like using drones incorrectly to get on top of buildings and fire at people below. When the average game feels like I am playing against the bugs/exploits more than the actual enemies I am intended to fight, I cannot recommend this game. Sad I payed $70 for a completely unfinished mess. Fix your game, EA/Battlefield Studios. This is insanely embarrassing for a AAA developer.

I hate it when the Chinese win.

It was a pretty slow start to a boring Tuesday morning.

I opened a few shelters for Children.

Made a few laws to help the sick and bury the dead.

Went on scouting expeditions to save lost colonists from bears and the cold.

Then my people abandoned their hope and faith in God - they now looked towards me to lead the New World Order.

My people started burning their books and killing innocent people in the streets out of love for their new leader, Führer Bork. Anyone who spoke out against the Empire or it's ruler was publically executed. Every execution lead to a happier, healthier, and more devoted empire.

Unfortunately, due to the -238°F surface temperature mixed with the hot pressurized air from the center of the earth, my mines began to explode causing the empire multiple casualties to our already dwindling workforce. Despite the setback, the operation could not stop as the Furnace demanded a sacrifice in order to ignite the hearts of the people.

With a little bit of coersion, brave doctors and cooks abandonded their posts and sacrificed themselves to the explosive hell that was the coal mines to ensure an offering of Coal was made to the insatiable Furnace God.

A few survivors made it out to tell the tale of Führer Bork's dauntless leadership and how he saved the Empire from exinction.

10/10 would deny dying homeless Refugees from entering the city again.


Oh, and Frostpunk was a cool game too.

Game threatened me not to play it anymore. 10/10

Quite possibly the best game ever created. Years of fun.

The creator delivers a point about how he messed up with a friend by selling his friend's work for $10. No wonder the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ won't talk to you anymore. You're both goons.

So, I have genuinely given this game a fair try, and this is by far the MOST frustrating game I have ever played- and I'm not talking about the difficulty. While yes, the difficulty is hard, the game's bugs and horrible clunky movement system makes it BY FAR a very hard game. When a game is hard because it is designed poorly, you know you're playing a true piece of ♥♥♥♥ game. I am very unhappy with this game. So long $60 and thanks for the fun times.
