Love this game!!

I will admit, I have not been playing non-stop consectutive gaming sessions. Before I bought this game, I did do some research of the reviews. While it does appear to have some glaring graphical scratches and bugs and a lack of non-repetative content, the game itself has a solid foundation.

If you enjoy the resource grinding, scanner (log) completion, minimal charactor need management, and exploration style games, this is probably right up your alley (at launch).

If you are looking for epic space battles, little repetative gameplay, or building of structures/minecraft, I would recommend NOT getting this game.

I feel that beneath the hype of it's launch, it delivered most of what was expected. A large universe, that you can choose to spend an enormous amount of time exploring and grinding through, or blow through in fairly quick bursts. I have enjoyed playing this between sesssions of other games, and hour or two at a time.
