The only game where you can impressively enter BIG MODE

Pog and gnar, what we've been waiting for. Glad they released it abruptly.

One of the best games ever made! The story is engrossing. It unapologetically deals with demons like suicide, sexual harassment, and existentialism. There are many layers within the story and they also do a great job at basic tropes. For instance, a character struggles with their moms passing and their own guilt, and I've never related more, all while making it an incredible boss fight and fun challenge. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll be excited for more and even though it is very long you will be upset knowing at some point the game will end. I'm only halfway through I believe, just before you unlock the last main character. The world building is unlike anything I've ever played. Every character has depth. You can make decisions that have impact. There are multiple romance options. You make great friends. It checks a lot of my boxes. I cant wait for more releases as Atlus has truly done something special here.

To be fair I will include what I dislike about the game

There is a general underworld area that merely serves to farm xp to grow stronger so you can more easily battle enemys in the main story. it is more of a time pit then feeling like your fighting for something important. Luckily you are not required to go here too often.

Phenominal. I have played this game far too much and I don't even watch basketball. Now I am definitely on the brink doing so. Amazing gameplay, overtime finishes are always a blast and this game never makes you feel cheated. The mistakes I make on the court are my mistakes, not the games. The production still blows me away, I could go on but I'm instead just going to go play some more of this game. Couldn't ask for more in a sports video game.

EDIT: It should be noted that this game is very fair with in game purchases and should be praised for it. There is no reason anyone should really spend money in this game, unless you want to give yourself a boost and cheat yourself. I have made purchases, but I almost don't mind giving 2K a little more icing for this great product. Free new content has been added every week which blows me away. If this was EA, I am certain there would be none of this free content, and am such a thankful gamer.
