Hard to recommend at full price due to the relatively short playtime (~20 hours) but I enjoyed it a lot more than 'A way out' and the mechanics are a lot more impressive than 'It takes two' although the story falls short of either one of those games. Still my favorite Hazelight game though, I play these games for a great coop experience and this has been the best coop experience yet IMO. If I wanted a good story game I'd pick up a single player game.

A cool concept backed by an engaged developer. Price is a little steep for what you get, unless you're real autistic for this kinda stuff you probably wont get much more than 10 hours out of this game in its current state but development is moving along at a reasonable pace with the developer frequently and meaningfully engaging with the community.

The learning curve is a cliff, you will blow your ♥♥♥♥ up at least once, and more than likely you'll get frustrated and quit more than a few times. But if coming up with novel solutions to realistic challenges is your kinda thing, you'll be able to sink hundreds or thousands of hours into this game and never get bored.

Quite a few bugs, kinda expensive for what you get. Could use a couple more prestige tiers, maybe global politics where you start wars or supply the losing side to generate more demand or something. Just not a whole lot of depth for a $10 clicker imo.

Abandonware. Another 2 years of polish in development would have made this a pretty fun game to kill a few hundred hours on, alas...

Used to play DCS quite a bit back in the day, decided to get back into it and grabbed the UH1 as my first module on steam. My disappointment is immeasurable, the damage model is broken, UH1 track replays are completely and thoroughly broken, the flight model was changed and is definitely not as realistic as it used to be. This module feels like its been abandoned for years

So close, yet so far. Theres a few things this game does exceptionally well, its a fun ship building sandbox, and if thats all you're after this game will probably be enjoyable for a couple hundred hours for you. There is absolutely no gameplay loop outside of sandbox despite what you may be lead to believe - career mode is badly broken and has only gotten worse with progressive updates. Industrial DLC adds a few fun parts, but resource collection and refining is also broken - after youve loaded a save a few times you will not be able to interact with any of the buy/sell points anywhere on the map. The search and destroy DLC is just weird, this game was never meant to be a combat game and it really shows. If thats what you want, get From the Depths instead. The space DLC again is weird, this was meant to be a game about running a rescue service. Doesnt really add much useful content, but it broke *LITERALLY* every single creation on the steam workshop, and theres numerous honestly gamebreaking bugs that persist (unsinkable ships in a shipbuilding sandbox defeats the whole point of shipbuilding, and thats the only thing this game has going for it)

Update 11/10/25: Theres been some promising updates, but still numerous bugs and lots of work to do yet before I could in good faith recommend this game

Great game with a phenomenal story and some of the best 1 on 1 combat Ive ever played.
Also hands down the jankiest medieval combat game when you're engaged with more than 1 enemy, you will not be able to target who you want, and you will not be able to defend yourself from whoever you're not targeting, forcing you to cheese or avoid such scenarios
