Unlike MH Wilds the Great Sword's impact feels good (as it should)

As of right now it's not worth it at all
as of now the game is badly optimized
the benchmark i downloaded gave me a 140+fps everything was fine but in the actual game 5min in a fight i feel like im fighting against the pixels not the monster

hopefully they fix it soon but rn it's not even worth 4/10 of iceborn (and im not talking about the monsters)

It's a 3d game with high and low ground so the dev made high hills just because they could (mist), but since you can only hit on the same level as your character, you can can't hit enemies if they are 2cm above your character

You need to manage your stamina to swim (also for everything else) but enemies don't have one so they can chase you on the water for 3h straight, and if you are back against a hill it's game over

the game has different biomes and with each biome the difficulty spikes way too much, but once you equip the biome's equipments you are invincible the previous boom

just feel like the game makes me grind for no reason (would be nice if the game didn't make older tier equipment useless but make it slightly less useful)

there are some fun elements to the game, but there is so much "anti fun" bug/mechanics, that I Wouldn't recommend it

I have the game on PC (steam) and android and I have to say this game is better on the android even though they both share the same online server on the android you have better looted in general and the possibility to watch ads for loot and energy (needed to play the game) so it's a simple pay2win game, it's a shame I would be interested in buying the game (to get rid of the energy limitation) given the option but there is a too much microtransaction in place for me to enjoy the game.

Edit: 28hour in as @Japanese Literature said it's still playable as f2p and the chat is fun, but still the android version > steam one, but give it a try if you want the game can be downloaded in less than a minute, that being said, I highly recommend you to play it on a mobile device since you still need to check the game every 4~5hour or so.

An excellent indie game

Vraiment un très bon jeu, pour ma part j'ai été plus que satisfait.

Le jeu est juste excellent, graphiquement est très beau et le gameplay est unique et malgré quelques bogues mineurs par moment (que les developeur ont/vont corriger) le jeu en vaut largement la peine et tout cela sans même compter les MAJ annoncées à venir. Keep it up!
