been playing since closed beta, seen it all, but quit for a few years. came back recently and the game is honestly in the best state it's ever been. yes, really. rare for a live service game that's been out for 12+ years. everything from story to balance to overall polish to stuff to do, it's all at the best it's ever been.

if you played warframe in the past but thought the game was too powercrept to the point of being trivial, that the story wasn't going in a good direction, or that the game was too grindy in all the wrong kind of ways, give it a try. i promise you'll have a great time. and if you're a new player: there is no game quite like warframe. it's pretty much if "rule of cool" was a philosophy for an entire video game. nothing makes sense, but you're going to feel incredible.

all i know is that you can upgrade your legs to jump really high and then oneshot helicopters with a revolver
