Do you like Monster Hunter World? Cool, you will like Iceborne just as much. Does Iceborne offer anything new or creative that evolves MHW to a much better game? Nope.
Iceborne is more of the same of what MHW already offered. The gameplayloop is the same, the structure is the same, the loot is the same, hell, even the monsters are mostly rehashes of old ones.
My recommendation: If MHW was your first MH, then go play Tri ultimate or 4 ultimate, those are way better for the price you're paying. If you already played those, you're a sucker for MH anyway and you will love Iceborne no matter what.
