Very engaging story that makes you feel bad. The achievements aren't too difficult to get either.

A fun raw sort of puzzle game. Like one of those block pushing puzzles. It's mostly about figuring out ways to draw paths to hit every tile once, with a lot of mechanical complications. I got stuck a few times but luckily the game rarely stops you outright on a hard puzzle. You usually get to move on to new levels and come back later.

The art is pretty minimal but it still looks good and the animations feel nice and snappy. Same deal with the music.

This is a really cool word puzzle game. It's fun to figure out the rules and each puzzle, and it really tests your vocabulary and word association skills. The tricky teleports create illusions like moving walls, infinite hallways etc. which can be very fun to explore.

On the other hand.

Navigating all the antichamber-like shenanigans can be extremely frustrating when you want to get someplace you've been before. This is because there's no real map, and you can't just walk in the direction of your destination. You'll usually find yourself turned around in some other place entirely.

There is a website tool that can help you find puzzles you missed which is really really handy for the main two levels.

Despite the inaccuracies in some of the effect descriptions, I had a great time exploring synergies while climbing the difficulty levels. I just now beat level 20, and I'm still only on the first character. I don't know if it's the game's balance or if I just learned to build synergies really well but climbing hasn't been a slog like I've experienced in other roguelikes.

And it looks like the other characters have a bunch of new minions and mechanics? Very cool.

It's like the mining minigame from the underground in pokemon diamond and pearl. You can complete it in one or two sittings which is really nice, so it doesn't overstay its welcome. It is a lovely small game :)

A really efficient science fiction story told through chat logs. The interface itself ends up being relevant to the story which I found very cool. I appreciate the existential anxiety in the final moments of this story.

Great lower scale 999-esque game. Although it strays from the formula by including some skill based minigames, I was able to complete them with a few tries. I was able to solve all of the escape room puzzles rarely using hints, and I never needed to use every available hint. A couple of things I want to point out: parts of the tutorial area are too dim on default settings on my monitor, and Sigrid's voice is really faint compared to the other characters.

relatively quick game but i love identifying all these plants. really shows how much you can do with so few total resources
