Magnificent. Everyone should have this on their wishlist, even if single (although it does take two players)

You can find all the positives about this game in a thousand other places, so I'll just serve you up the negatives here:

-Loading times. 5, even closer to 10 minute loading times. This is insane. We're not rendering a black hole here.
-Your physics-based body. This blessing is also a curse. It leads to parts of your body getting stuck in things (heh), disorientation even for someone like me who's had their "VR Legs" for a while now, and weapon interactions that are not only goofy-looking but frustrating as well. Good luck trying to aim as well as you can in H3VR or Pavlov.
-Lack of autosaving. Each level or "scene" takes a good while to complete, maybe around 40-ish minutes on a blind run. If you have to stop playing at all in that time, be prepared to slog through from the beginning of that scene.

That's all I can think of for now. I'd say get this on sale, but it's not really worth full price. I'm still giving a "don't recommend" score because I don't think it deserves its current "Very Positive" score.

EDIT: From the comments, installing this on an SDD might help load times.

Appearances are very deceiving in this case.

Play this game until you reach one of its conclusions.

Do it.

This game is WAY better than I was expecting. Addicting as hell, with a career mode that reminds me of Forza Motorsport in its structure. I was a little disappointed that there's no local multiplayer, which I guess is my fault for not checking to see if it was listed as having that feature beforehand, but with these top-down racers I kind of figured it was standard. Oh well, still a good single-player experience. Haven't tried the online multiplayer yet.

Early Access Review
Yes, multiplayer still generally has some kinks to work out. However, this changes by the week with regular updates. People seem to forget that THIS GAME IS NOT OUT YET. I know, it's been in Early Access for years now, so people may forget this simple fact. It could just as easily not have multiplayer at all, while they fix it entirely. But instead they've opened it up to us to let us help them improve it, and people don't recommend buying this game as a result?
The single player, or even very small-party online co-op, is worth buying this game for alone. Keen Software House has given me confidence to believe that the multiplayer will work just as well, once they are finished making the game.
THAT BEING SAID, anyone buying right now has to keep in mind that this is still a work-in-progress, and regard it accordingly. KSH continues its steady march towards Space Engineers' completion, and I do not regret supporting them.
