It's really heartbreaking what happened to this port. It released buggy as hell, got one patch that "Fixed all known issues" an then they decided to stop working on it from there. I loved this game as a kid, and to see a port with clipping issues, missing/broken/incorrect sound effects/graphics, and level endings that don't work unless you spin around and say a prayer. It's just tragic. I really wanted to love this. To relive that childhood nostalgia. Unfortunately this isn't the way to do it. Not for 20 bucks. It's worth saying all of these things i have to say are about the N64 (Labeled as windows) version of the game. I am not familiar with, nor have I played the PS1 version.
Tl:dr If you want to experience some real Glover accuracy, buy a cart, then go download an emulator and rom from our buddy Vimm. It's not piracy if you own it.

The gameplay feels fantastic, the story is pretty good. I haven't gotten terribly far in, but for a free MMO it doesn't seem super pay to win so far.

Fun Loot'N'Shoot style roguelike. Game is fast paced and fun on its own, and you can build the experience you want even moreso with a wonderful modding community at your back.

Fun game! If you want to 100% you're in for a hell of a time. Otherwise just living the pirates life on the high seas is a damn good time!

Fun little thing to pass the time. Someone definitely played Wii Play Tanks and thought "Hey I can do that!" and for the most part, they did. The enemies feel nearly identical save a few key changes, and you have all the same combat options.
My only complaints come for a couple things that just need a little polish.
-The aiming seems a little "off" at times. shots either firing higher or lower than you think they will. On top of that there is a very slight lag between when you move your cursor and when the cannon actually adjusts, meaning if you try to flip around to shoot something behind you too quickly, you will not hit your mark.
-I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong, but it seems that the mines would not actually act as mines. They would not explode when tanks roll them over, and only went off after a timer, or if you shot them.
-THE MOVEMENT! By far my biggest gripe. When you try to adjust your direction you have to wait for the tank to turn in place. When you're trying to just move in a single direction, it's not that big of an issue, the problem comes in when you're pinned down, trying to delicately dodge a barrage of enemy shots, and your poor tank just sits there spinning in a circle not moving because it's trying to adjust to all your inputs. Got me killed, and got me frustrated a number of times.
All in all It's a free knockoff of a Wii game. It's about what you should be expecting. It's worth it to kill an hour or two if you really have nothing better to do, or just wanna relive a little bit of that sweet sweet 2007 nostalgia.

Over all a very fun game. That being said there are a few things that bug me. The gameplay has been enhanced nicely, but it feels much easier than before. The lore stuff has also been weirdly skewed with the weapon system replacing your sword, dagger, and bow (Which you spend hours in the first game 'forging the legend' about) which, if you get attached to the character like me, is kinda annoying. Apart from that, it's a fun story, improved gameplay, and a pretty great ride. If you liked the first game, you'll likely love Shadow of War.

Fun game, takes a good amount of skill. Takes a while to learn without internet guides.
