i legit cannot play the game, after some random amount of time my PC just freezes and reboots, this is the 3rd game that does this to me, i have enough specs to play the game (7800X3D with RX 9070 XT and 32 gigs RAM and 1000W power supply GOLD) the GPU isn't under heavy load, i use the same graphic drivers as a friend that did 5 full playthroughs, i'm not overclocking anything and even lowered the clock speed on my GPU and RAM, still nothing

until someone has the same issue as me and finds a fix or someone helps me with this i cannot recommend the game, ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥

if you liked DL2 well... this is DL2 again
it's basically DL2 with slower and heavier parkour that feels even worse
map is nice tho
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS FULL PRICE, 60€ FOR A GLORIFIED DLC IS A ABHORRENT SCAM, GET IT AT LIKE 20 MAYBE 30€ MAX

also just personal note to everyone who said they got it for "free" with DL2: you didn't, you paid for a product and they gave it to you, they were legally obligated to give it to you, they didn't do it out of the kindness of their hearts please stop saying this and use your brains for 2 seconds

when i first played through the game my only wish was for it to be over
this game makes the worst mistake ever for a doom game: Being absolutely Boring
i've played on the max diff and even made the game harder by increasing speed and reducing parry window (which btw i believe that is bugged because even at the lowest it's so leniant that you can up the shield almost a full second before the projectile hits and it'll be parried)
and it was an absolute snoozefest, both in terms of gameplay and difficulty
weapons don't really matter at all, the shield is absolutely WAY too op (i bet you could legit do the entire game with just the shield) and the missions are a chore to go through
story is pointless, maybe it's good but without the gameplay to back it up you couldn't make me care
and OMG the dragon sections... whoever thought it was good in terms of gameplay needs to never think about gameplay ever again
now the actual reason why i'm writting all this: when i played for the first time the game was relatively new-ish (1st of june), it is now the 28th of august and i'm going through my backlog to 100% games i played in the past
in around 4 hours of gameplay i crashed 3 times, making me restart 2 missions from the begining (and i have WAY enough specs to run the game with a 7800X3D and a 9070XT), i've decided that this is enough
if you read this let it be know that i've cheated every achievements because i'd rather not waste my time on this unstable, boring and overpriced piece of ♥♥♥♥, i got this game for "free" with my motherboard but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ i feel sorry for people who bought this full price

this is BY FAR the most sluggish, horrible and unfun game i've ever played
and i played RDR2

Edit : as of writting this i have beated every boss in the game including dlc's
i stand by what i said, only reason i even bothered finishing it is because i got paid 150 bucks to do so
special shout out to darkeater mimir that actually made me sleepy with how much fricking running back the forth you arena you have to do
Pontiff is the hardest boss in the game by far, took me 2 hours then i proceeded to take less than 5 tries for most bosses afterward (except mimir took me 10 but it felt like 100 with how slow and boring the fight is)

Edit 2: alright as of writting this i 100%'ed this game and even 100%'ed Elden Ring so yeah this kinda games grew on me a bit, i think this game is better than ER is most aspects tho

don't play FromSoft's games kids... you'll fall into the pipeline of hating then liking and maybe even loving these games (i'm not there yet tho)

yes i have nearly 2 hours on it but i first finished it in 5 minutes
the only reason i have so much playtime is because of the fricking achievements, idk who the devs are but they need to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chill and get their head out of their asses

the fact you have you have to watch and learn SPEEDRUNNER strats just to get an achievement is nuts
to understand how nuts this is as of me writting this review you have to be top 273 in the world to get all achievements

this game is the worst videogame i have ever played
I'd rather play Dead Rising 4 then this piece of ♥♥♥♥

the review is a no but ONLY because of act 4

basically act 4 is the epilogue of the game, except that the epilogue takes an IMMESURABLE ammount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grind to go through
in this game you secure forts, so if you secure a fort at level 20 let's say then all the grunts you place in that fort will be also around level 20
now fast forward to the end of game where youll be around level 50 and suddenly you have to defend all the forts you conquered throughout the game EXCEPT the attackers will be the same level or higher level than you
so all the grunts that were level 20 when you conquered the fort for the first time ? you have to either replace them (go recruit other orcs to replace all the others which can take around an hour if your fort was full) or use ingame currency to level your grunts up which is not very expensive until you realise that you have to buy upgrades to the forts itself and THOSE are dang expensive
when act 4 started i was at around 30K money, i did all the side missions and storylines aswell, destroyed all the armors i didn't use etc...
by the end of the 2nd fort i had no money left and the only way to get more is to grind random missions around the world which takes AGES (at least around 2-3 hours to get enough money for the fort upgrades)
and the WORST part is that if you lose the battle during one of those defences your fort will be taken over and youll have to conquer it AGAIN
so all the money u spent on the fort to defend it ? gone, used for nothing
keep in mind there are 5 FORTS IN THE GAME

so basically id say this game is really super good up until act 4 starts
when act 4 starts the game becomes a money manager grinding machine that is not fun
