As someone who actually played CS for 2 decades since the 1.6 days, this game is absolutely horrendous.
Yes, it now has very pretty graphics and lots of attention to detail visually, but who cares about that?
This is supposed to be a competitive game, but everything that has been asked by the community for these 2 past decades has been flat out ignored by Valve in CS2.

128 tick servers? Hah, we locked everyone to 64 tick, can't even get 128 on faceit now, which used to be available in GO.
The interpolation is messed up? No, we'd rather just take away your ability to adjust that in the console and call it a placebo.
You have cheaters constantly in your games? How about we just turn off the anti-cheat entirely and have no demos available so you can't even watch the game for your own self
Used to get micro-stutters in cs:go? Welp, that issue never got solved and is now more wide-spread than ever.

Horrible fps issues, horrible networking issues, half the time your shots just disappear into the void. This game is a joke now, none of the competitive rankings matter, the pro matches you watch are more decided by luck than skill. Valve really should be ashamed of themselves for releasing this turd in this shape.
