elikož mi to zde připomíná pustinu přidávámrecept na pizzu

1 špetka sůl
1,5 dl voda
250 g hladká mouka
0,5 balíček prášek do pečiva
6 lžíce olej může být i olivový

Uvedené suroviny smícháme a vypracujeme těsto. Plech potřeme olejem a těsto pomalu vymačkáme po celém plechu (těsto trošku "leze", musí se proto tlačit a s těstem pracovat).

Nejlépe je těsto potřít ochuceným rajským protlakem a na něj rovnou položit sýr a až na tuto vrstvu pokládat ostatní suroviny dle chuti. (Sýr se hezky vpije a upeče s těstem). Těsto je dobré a velmi rychlé. Pečte 15 minut na 250 °C.
