Its great, it has arcade-y elements without feeling overly simple, and is very easy to pick up and enjoy. It gives me very similar vibes to vtol vr, just without direct mfd control and with more airframes

I don't know how this stacks up to other stalker-likes and similar games, but its really fun for what it is. there's good variety in guns, discovery feels rewarding and the anomalies are creepy and set a good tone without being too annoying

a buggy mess of a game, combat is somewhat fun but feels worse than mercs. requiring a txt file to configure your HOTAS is a joke though, this came out in 2024 put it in the settings. and yet despite all that battletech has never looked this good

good game, memory leaks go absolutely crazy though

I think I'm enjoying this? I liked Cultist Simulator, figuring out the mechanics has been fun, I probably need at least 5 more hours to even understand what my goal is, but the vibes are immaculate, the art is gorgeous and the lore snippets from the books are lovely to read

I mean it seems like they want to make fixes, but the game still freezes my whole computer regularly, audio lags independently of the game and overall things just don't seem particularly stable

its pretty fun, especially with mods

This game feels exactly like Boneworks, which isn't a bad thing, but is it enough to justify $40? I'm not sure. I've had a significant number of bugs pop up in my short time playing the game, one of which made it impossible to progress through level 3 (Which I only reached after the 2 hour mark due to the game forcing me to do the sandbox content for a while). I would wait for some bug fixes if you're on the fence about this one, but if you want more Boneworks it's a buggier new version of it.

tldr: maybe wait for some bug fixes if you want a good experience
