I wish Arrowhead the best of luck in their arguments against Sony. I hope my refund goes through.

UPDATE: It didn't go through but I refuse to play this game if the changes Sony made stay there

UPDATE 2: We won. Now please remove GameGuard and return the game back to all regions.

I've never played Armored Core, or really ANY FromSoftware game before this, and I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love this game and DIDN'T destroy my controller when playing it.

Anyone who is going into this game expecting a smooth run will not survive. Their names forgotten to history. But the ones who stick around, who truly test themselves, and strive to overcome the challenges that lie ahead in this game will be remembered as true Ravens.

There is ZERO difficulty settings other than your build and your skills. And even if you have an OP build, you will still struggle against some of the later bosses. But honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.

This game fills the hole in my heart where Hawken once lied. It may be completely different from Hawken, but I don't care. I feel extremely accomplished having gotten the true ending of this game, and I'll do it all over again.

Oh, and it also works wonderfully on the Steam Deck despite a few tiny framerate issues here and there when playing for too long.

I wish they just brought back the original Hawken servers instead of this. This is nothing like the original in the worst ways. The gameplay is slow, the controls are floaty and the story is confusing.

I know very little about what happened behind the scenes to this game but I do remember playing it and enjoying it. It's still in my steam library though, even after FranticDreamer said that they were removing it from people's libraries. So I'm confused.

Seriously the best game of 2021 so far. I cannot recommend it enough without spoiling the game.

This game is honestly the best shooter of the year so far. Non-stop action, Herculean feats, ripping and tearing, all accompanied by an amazing soundtrack by our lord and savior Mick Gordon. Anyone who says this game is terrible is a heretic and should be punished. And anyone who says the soundtrack is annoying noise will be punished with a swift glory kill.

The Halo series makes its first true PC appearence in 12 years, with the last official PC release being the classic version of Halo 2 in 2007. Halo MCC on PC marks the beginning of a brand new era of Halo, and will allow more people to play the series than ever before.

And if you don't fancy a mouse and keyboard, this game supports the some major controllers:
-Xbox One Controller
-DualShock 4
-Nintendo Switch Pro Controller
-Steam Controller

I played for a bit using the DualShock 4 and it was quite fascinating. Controller support is phenomenal in this game, and it doesn't force you to choose what to play with. Although personally, my go-to is the mouse and keyboard.

The game runs pretty smoothly for the most part, but I have been getting some connection issues here and there. However I'm sure these will be fixed, as we're only about 1 week in to its release. (as of me writing this).

Playing Halo Reach in 60fps on max settings with no annoying bloom or motion blur like on the 360 version is an absolute dream come true. And the cutscenes look more gorgeous than ever before. The frame rate really helps a lot. And also, the new multiplayer progression system might not be to everyone's liking as its more XP-based than credits-based like in the original release. But honestly I don't mind it. Sure, it'll take the average player a while to unlock all the armor pieces and whatnot, but the best part about MCC on PC is its cross-progression. It doesn't matter if you're playing on PC or Xbox One. Your progress will carry over between each version, in both single-player as well as multiplayer. So you won't lose any progress on your armor or story progression.

Also, as of me writing this, Theater mode and Forge have not been added to PC. However, it will be added later next year. Can't wait to play around in Forge with a mouse and keyboard. And I can't wait for the rest of the MCC to be ported over to PC.

So overall, if you're a Halo fan who doesn't really wanna play on the Xbox One, you should get MCC on Steam. And hopefully they can add cross-play functionality in the future. That would be loads of fun.

It's ok I guess. I mean, it's not like I love it to death or anything. There's a few bits and pieces that are a bit complicated though. It's an average game.
