I could lose 3289324293x times to anybody I dont care about losing, I care about types of individuals like you doing anything and everything possible always to make every match as much of an excruciating ♥♥♥♥ and ball torture as possible.
If the matches with individuals such as yourself were had in the spirit of fun then whatever, only theyre not, their as toxic and uber meta slave as possible, in casual non tournament lobbies to mind you.

Gets mad when loses. Avoid this person.
Interesting considering you play like such a exploit griefing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and stalk my lobbies in Supreme Commander 2.
Tell me Im mad at the game. No I really just hate players and people like you 'Nerfed, agin!'
Id say the same about avoiding you to new players, you just farm others frustration and mysery, the joy you have is only in making others lose, not in playing well or doing anything cool or winning, just in making others lose.
Which is why you posted in the post game lobby 'thanks for the win', just to add extra insult to playing with someone as low as yourself.
Same for your cardio - if all you do is jog 5 kms at a moderate pace each time you will have a problem if one day you want to go further - or faster.
Same for your weights. Don't do the same routine in the same order with the same amount of weights each time.
Mix it up !!"
I told him he had to switch things up to "shock" the muscles so they didn't get that "memory".
Told him to do things like do a set of 15 push ups and then try to do 30 in the next set and then a set of 20 and another set of 30.
And then the next time, start off with a set of 30, then a set of 20, then try to do 35 and a set of 25.
And keep switching it up each time.
It's the same with other exercises.
Do cardio then weights for 3 days, have your "break" then do weights followed by cardio for 3 days.
Then do 2 days of weights first then 2 days of cardio first and another 2 days of weights first.
Then switch things around again next week.
The idea is to prevent your body from becoming accustomed to just doing one single thing for a set amount of time (or reps) with the same amount of effort or weight.
"Back in the mid-80s when body building was a huge fad I knew a couple (amateur) and met one massive "pro" body builder in Germany where I was posted.
One key lesson I learned was to avoid doing the exact same thing every time.
Your muscles will build up a "memory" if they get accustomed to doing the exact same thing every time.
Think about it, even in the dark, if you go to reach for a door knob on the way to the bathroom - 99 times out of a hundred your hand will be at the exact right height to grab the knob - because you've built up a "memory" of just how high your hand should be and how far in front of your body.
A friend of mine asked me for advice because 4-5 times a week he'd do 4 sets of 25 push ups in the evening.
But during a fitness test - he had difficulties trying to do more than 25 push ups - because his muscles were accustomed to doing just 25 and that's it.
#my note: This high fluidity constant shifting between volume of effort and severity of brief extreme challenge, paired with thorough deviation from specific types of exercise, seems to be the perfect 'formula'/procedure for keeping growth cap suppressed.

I think this is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scam yet again. They're rampant these days, especially since late 2019 when the world went omega dark.
I will leave that one scam there as a warning sign of what's lurking out.
Future scams and fishing will be removed.
Don't like removing comments since it's very soy coded, yet I won't have my comments page a hive of scum and villainy to spam trash.
