I have no idea how everyone hates this. Maybe I'm getting some weird luck but it has run fantastic (Ryzen 3900x, 3080ti, 64gb RAM, playing in 5120x1440). It runs great. The gameplay loop is fun..

The map isn't that large? Are people trying to fight during the gear up stage? I'm not sure why everyone hates it.

Update: There are some things that are annoying and need to be fixed but if the dev's actually listen and fix the little things I think it MIGHT have some staying power and not be the 2 week flame we all expect.

Volume and music was SO LOUD and when I changed the settings it persisted to blow my eardrums out. Somehow is 100gb and also requires admin to run? I'm okay.

26 hours in and 100%'d the game. The art is perfect, the gameplay is fantastic. The dichotomy between the roguelike and the base building is good. It will probably be better in a few updates. They tweaked the games several times through my campaign and there are weird things about the game in regards to scaling with the crowns and the devotion but that might be related to my play style.

The followers are adorable and the dark undertones hit absolutely perfectly and the games art style is beautiful.

I don't review games but wow. This game is fantastic. I thought it wasn't going to have the depth it does as it is early access. I continue to be impressed about how much there is to do and how it continues and continues. One of the few games you and 3-5 friends can dive deep into and play for hours and feel like a lot is accomplished but still have so much to figure out.

Quick but ends when it should, doesn't get repetitive. Story line is shown not told and executed well. Game play is fun and puzzles are different enough throughout.
