i like the waterpark map you uploaded to the steam workshop however the water was very glitchy i saw you wrote its a source engine limitation but i dont think that is it i think you may have a hole in your map that is causing a leek and i recomend you revisit the map and take a look at some videos on how to find and fix leeks anyway i hope this is the issue if not let me know as i love the map and would love to see the issues within the map fixed.
