Great game that cleverly implements rogue-like elements to poker. The numerous power-ups are varied and imaginative, and the unlocks have been keeping me motivated to complete more runs. Attempting new synergies and unlocking new cards & decks is truly addicting. Whether you're into poker or rogue-likes, the game seems to have everything to please lovers of both. The game provides access to a view of hand strengths/rankings at the press of a single click, making it accessible to everyone. The UI does a great job at providing the player with all the information needed to make decisions and remain aware of what is going on at all times. Most importantly, the game is easy to pick up, yet quite deep and rewarding and has content for many hours of fun, making this an easy recommendation from me.

This game contains all the best features from Battlefield games, on top of which it expands and improves even further. The game can seem a tiny bit rough around the edges at times, when you heal teammates or get caught on small ledges for example, but it more than makes up for it with the great gunplay and great interactions allowed by the proximity voice chat. I would recommend picking this up, may it be to play by yourself or with friends.

As of June 15, I cannot recommend this game to new players.
Having never played this franchise before, I was excited to try it out, having heard great things about it online. Unfortunately, the game in its current state suffers from performance and server stability issues. My medium-high end PC cannot run this game even decently, ruining the experience for me. I'll probably revisit it later, once they get the issues sorted out. For now, it's taking up an approximate 90 gigabytes of space I would rather have free on my drive.

I simply cannot recommend this game to new players, considering how frustrating it can be. There seems to be a lot to learn about this game, as well as a lot of time to invest to become better at it, both through the skill point system and mechanical skills.

If you've seen some gameplay footage and think you'd be ready to spend multiple dozens of hours to learn it, then and only then could I see it becoming fun & rewarding. If you're looking to play and have fun with some friends, it's probably not worth the price tag and may very well leave you disappointed, like it has for me.

I didn't play this game much when I first purchased it, after realizing it was missing some key features. They've recently fixed everything I could have wished for (or almost) and I'm now looking forward to playing a lot of it. Worth it both on sale and full price and my top recommendation when it comes to survival games right now.
