wow. genuinely one of the best presentations of a story in a game that ive ever played. i am blown away, was not prepared for it to be this riveting.

this is like a series of lectures and commentaries presented through and during gameplay, that also happens to contain a Braid remake

well-written, good voice acting, an engaging story - worth checking out

The writing is infantile, the dialog is tedious, the plot is boring. The single good thing this game has going for it is the (very fun and interesting) main gameplay mechanic - BUT, every level is short and boring, none of the levels offer any challenge, and there isn't much to the game. It's a big let down.
The only way I could consider recommending this game is if they dropped any semblance of a story and added like 100 gameplay focused levels in a free update (if they added workshop support somehow, this would be an easy recommend).

Fantastic game; the exact kind of MMO ive been wanting to play for a long time and one that i can see myself playing for a long time. It's definitely worth giving a try.

Note 1: if youre someone with an abundance of free time, who intends on spending 10's of hours a week playing a single game - this is probably not the game for you. this is the kind of game you play for like an hour a week and its perfect that way; especially since some in game things only happen on certain days or times of day - it makes it feel more like youre logging into a living world.

Note 2: runs like a champ on the steam deck; the gameplay and art style means you can run it at 20fps too (and you crank down TDP/GPU clock, it runs extremely well, very easy on the battery)

a fun computer game

looking for the feel of the original? go play the original. looking to be handled with kid gloves to an almost embarrassing degree? play this. the writing drags the whole thing down and i have no clue who the audience for this is.

All around amazing; highly recommend
