"Mom I want Ghost of Tsushima"
"We have Ghost of Tsushima at home"
Ghost of Tsushima at home:

Jokes aside, it's good. I'd personally describe it as Ghost of Tsushima with some Sekiro and Genshin Impact flavors added into the mix, I like it.

Combat
Fluid, satisfying, not overly difficult (unless you want to, 4 difficulty settings exist currently with hardcore coming soon) and lots of different options and versatility in buildcrafting/weapon combinations. I love the combat system of Sekiro very much, so seeing parrying (or deflecting as they call it in this) makes me very happy and it's extremely satisfying when you get the hang of it.

Exploration
It's pretty standard open world I'd say. I don't feel I have enough experience with open world games to give concrete insights but there's plenty of stuff to do in the world (at least in solo mode, I haven't done any exploration in multiplayer mode yet). From clearing out outposts, doing side-quests and uncovering hidden stories/lore pieces to fighting world bosses and participating in minigames (fishing, archery contests, chess, playing music, pitch pot, etc). In some places it can feel barren but it's not too bad.

Art direction
This game is absolutely beautiful. I've found myself with my mouth open in awe several times already. Is it the most beautiful game I've ever played? Probably not but the environment is extremely well made and runs super smooth.

Story
I can't really say anything other than "meh" at the moment. I've not progressed far in the main story but so far is more or less giving me the same vibes as most mmorpg stories give me, and the dialogues are odd at times but I'm willing to overlook those localization flaws.

I can hear the sound of my spaceships when I zoom in close on them. That is extremely unrealistic as there is no sound in space.

All in all a solid experience despite above problem, 0/10

Honestly redefines the Dishonored saga with all the new additions that are added ontop of the first game in the series. It keeps it's standards from Dishonored 1 and expands ontop of that.
The first time I played this game was the first time in a long time that I got blown away by some of the mechanics, items and powers.

I'm not a reviewer, tbh I'm just doing this for the Steam Awards 2017 checklist.. but hey, it's truly a great game! And the standalone DLC that follows this game continues on the same track, with redefining the series and adds upon the already existing things.
