We both know it's a huge game with most planets having randomly generated dungeons so, thanks to your comment I have finally concluded that these bugs are probably due to the way dungeons are generated and, if they were to fix the problem, it would require a massive overhaul of the available dungeon presets. I'll try to see if I can enable comments but thank you for your input to my problem.
