No good

Adding woman generals (for whatever rediculous reason) is not the biggest issue here. Its the fact that CA said:
"mod them out or just not play" that is the issue.

They're telling the people that actually made this game famous and profitable to not buy it (knowing damn well they've already spent their money).

If CA said this before the games release, fine. But 5 years after the game was finished is just a slap in the face.

Played the free weekend, definitely not worth it- even when they offered it up for $20. Right away you can see how hideous the UI is, looks like it was drawn up by a couple of elementary schoolers. Bright colors and awkward shapes.

Joining a server was a pain in the ass, and good luck joining with a squad of your own. Servers had to be manually refreshed and by the time you found a server that would fit all of your friends together, there would be no room left in it.

The gameplay is very boring, like a knock-off battlefield. It seems like the game is more geared towards communication than it is actual combat, like a radio operator simulator.

Vehicles are limited (mind you I played as a squad leader most of the time so I had easiest access to them) and are ridiculous to drive (can't go over small trees, flip too easily on certain terrain, etc.)

I had this game on my wishlist for a while and really wanted it to be good, but was seriously let down. $40 is a joke. Game has potential but it'll take a few years.
