To clarify, “tentative” was meant to be reassuring, not ominous. If anything, it meant you were one of several options, which I now understand is not better. I also shouldn’t have had a color-coded system. Seeing your name highlighted in red with three question marks was probably unsettling. And the subheading “viability depends on willingness” was… not appropriate language for a human friendship. I’ve updated my terminology. Please ignore the checklist underneath. Especially the part that says “has he noticed yet.” That was for internal tracking and should never have left the Notes app. I’ve since renamed the document to “Groceries” to prevent further incidents. I’m committed to using Notes for normal things like eggs and bread, not destiny.
