Well after a year I cam back in hopes things would have changed and I can honestly say I enjoy the game. It's still nowhere near Battlefield 4 but it feels a lot better all around. I feel like my shots are actually landing, the class system added some balance, and objectives are actually achieved. I wish they lowered the price which would incline me to recommend it but since its an EA title...I doubt that would happen. For now I think its at least fun to play. But its still not worth the time to commit to unlock everything and work through the game like BF4 was.

I really wanted to see this game through. I tried.....for 75 hours.....and really tried to see the potential in it but i'm just over it. There are countless reviews that list all of the shortcomings this game has so i'll just pass on doing the same.....Ultimately nothing you do seems to have any real purpose. Its a run and gun on a large scale. Everyone can do everything so as a result, no one is worth anything special.

The small number of guns is a shame. The on the fly customization is cool in theory but again, everyone can be anything at any time, so nothing has any value. You can be sniping with a .50cal and moments later, use the same gun with iron sights. Its like having a sniper and a shotgun in one gun.

The deployment system is lame. 9/10 times the only thing its good for anyway is deploying a hovercraft or a robot dog. Which basically does nothing anyway.

There's plenty more but it's nothing nobody hasnt already said....I wanted to love this game, but i'll be calling it quits for now.

Online mode is no longer acceptable. Rockstar makes no attempt to mitigate the problem other than arbitrary ban waves. You spend more time trying to find a server without hackers or just dealing with the less annoying ones. I love GTA and the game as a whole is great but they really lost my faith with their lack of attention to the online mode. Unless it makes them money they don't seem to be interested. Unless the game is half off, I can't recommend it to be purchased....

For the same price you would pay for a phone app that provides a fraction of equivalent entertainment, this is a great deal. Tottaly rediculous but still super fun.
