Off the top of my head? Choices truly matter, but don't be afraid of killing a few citizens--just give it some thought first. Every death has a profound affect on a district, which makes the game more difficult, but it's inevitable that you'll kill. Try not to kill until you've revealed most about a person though--although it yields the most experience in-game, to invest in skills, the death of an NPC will render quests incomplete and there's nothing that can be done about it. I wish I had done a few quests differently in-game, honestly. I tried to be a "good" vampire, but failed at it. Hah.

I see you started Vampyr. Lemme know what you think of it--I really enjoyed it.
