While this game is great fun the crashes and inconsistent frame rate is very obnoxious, It can completely ruin the experience, which pretty much forces u to look up fixes, because God knows a multibillion dollar corporatian can't be asked to sell a functioning product.

An underrated masterpiece for sure, the fact so little people talk about Rayman Origins as opposed to other games in the seriesis criminal to say the least. Absolutely recommend it to anyone that loves platformers. Also there is no ubisoft launcher to speak of, which is a big bonus :)

The game is fun. Really fun. However as some reviews have already pointed out there are issues (mostly related to "micro"transactions) tho let's clear some things up:
- there are no such things as ring multipliers, that is a complete lie and idk how people are so confidentaly spreading it around.
- there ARE gameplay altering abilites that you CAN earn OR buy, so that does make the game p2w. However you can just earn these abilites pretty easily by playing the game (as I've said), I myself have barely put 4 hours into the game and I already have 8 different abilites.

And of course, the skin prices are ridiculous, which idk why people are *that* surprised considering this is a mobile game. I guarantee ya lots of the people complaining about the prices bought some of the skins anyway. If you don't want garbage pricing on skins maybe... stop engaging with the scummy business practices? Istg, some people can't stand by their morals.

Anyway, the game is quite fun bad monetary practices aside. The gameplay is fun and has variety, the soundtrack is amazing as usual and the art style is surprisingly decent. If you are looking for just a decent, fun casual game to pass the time I defo recommend trying Sonic Rumble out.

Unironically one of the best 2D games I've ever played, everything ticks so well together: combat is crunchy and engaging, lvls are fun to treverse AND THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ART STYLE??? Masterclass!

After so much AAA slop it is refreshing seeing a game that is just fun to play, doesn't have any catches to it like an ingame store full of unicorn catgirl skins, game breaking bugs or modern day design tropes like yellow paint showing you where to go.

Highly recommend it to anyone just looking for a fun time!

I WOULD'VE recommended this game, but there is just one mechanic that kills the experience completely. For some reason the devs thought it would've been a GENIUS idea to set a limit to how many planets u can colonize, and with how quick your colonies overpopulate? Good luck running a successful empire with those restrictions lol.

This is more of a Overwatch sequel then OW2 is.

Despite it's shallow gameplay loop and repetetiveness Space Marine manages to be a really fun game. The gunplay and melee combat feel just satisfying enough to where the game doesn't become a slog to play thru, tho I will say that the shield system is awful and can go ♥♥♥♥ itself. It's so annoying, fighting enemies with melee till suddenly you have to run away into a corner and just wait, n wait, n wait, n wait till your damn shield system finally recharges so you can continue to have fun. The story also manages to be good enough to be interesting, even for someone who is illiterate about Warhammer like me.

Overall I'd give Space Marine a 7/10, it's not great, but it is a really fun time.

Also if you are looking to play Space Marine 2, play this game before that.
