I highly do not recommend this game if you are new to Command & Conquer or RTS. this game is just old. it play old, it feel old, and not old in a good way, the AI sucks making the single player experience terrible. there is other games that feel like it that I would recommend more like Red Alert 2, Red Alert 3, C&C 3: Tiberium Wars, and OpenRA (keeping an eye on Tempest Rising).

IF you are already a Tiberian Dawn or RA fan then this game worth consideration, repainting the old games with beautiful HD Graphics, Insane music, multiplayer, and I loved the set-up easter egg.

WARNING! for Intel users

Hello, I love this game and I had a lot of fun hours in it in the past. unfortunately on a newer PC I got there is an issue that crash the game at start up, most likely related to the game's Modhub that is integrated inside it. I read that it is a known issue related to certain Intel processors. there is a reason why you would want an older farming simulator game, for hardware limitation or better prices. the game is fun from farming simulator 2013 inward at least for me.

The game does work for me now after blocking all game communication to the internet, though I will not be bothering playing it online. alternatively you can just cut the internet until you are in game. OR get farming simulator 19 or 22 if they are in a decent price. I've known Giant Games to stand by their products. and I am surprised they ignored this issue so far.

Good luck and happy farming, or foresting !

At the start this game feel sweet, the tasks I got from "Story" seemed rewarding enough, but the random tasks later get annoying, the game doesn't seem to calculate repair complexity with the cash reward, I once had to almost dismantle an entire engine just to replace a single piston ring for a credit of somewhat 100, when I could just have spent 1 minute refilling some cars with fluids for the same reward.

fixing cars in most cases isn't the way to make money too, to make the most money per minute usually involves "flipping" junk or cars. like a poor man trading simulator, which I think isn't that fun after the 1st few tries.

I wish the game designers focused more on making this a fun Mechanic Simulator. and added some kind of time/resource management in the game that makes managing a garage more fun.

the game also has no fail-safe method to bounce back if you lose all your money, outside of maybe cheesing someone else car and pretending it was a loan with interest.

I got this game because of the very positive review, Story Rich, Great Soundtrack, Nice looking female Protagonist, hack n slash and open world RPG. Unfortunately the game turned out to be extremely over rated with nothing much new to deliver to the open world RPG genera. If any thing it felt like a downgrade in many aspects.

+ The Characters:
+ The story characters are beautiful modeled and animated. The voice over is fantastic (I used the English audio), and their emotions/chemistry felt real at times for androids. Unfortunately its the only thing that feel outstanding in this game.

- The World
The world is advertised as beautiful open- world, in reality the world is Small and linear, being as open as a diablo game with out all the random elements and limited amount of zones. the models and renders feel one gen behind, especially in comparison to the characters models. the zones in the game have nothing special about them other than acting as a different background/theme, there is no environmental hazards or bonuses that really matter (except one instant in the late game that made it feel out of place), the world is infested with invisible walls that's not even cleverly hidden, It feel frustrating when ever I want to take a shortcut or jump a ledge just to be blocked with an invisible wall.

The game/world keep changing its rules constantly, switching from 3rd person view, to side scrolling to top view, and they usually take control away from one of your movements axes which just mess up with my muscle memory. At the start it felt “Creative and Stylized” and then it turned to be nothing but annoyance.

+ Hack & Slash
I enjoyed the hack and slash element of the game, The combat felt responsive, and in most cases when ever I got hit it was almost always my fault. there is a limited number of weapons class (sword, heavy weapon, spear, gauntlet/fists) that you can combine in a light-attack slot and heavy-attack slot. Mixing and matching to get the combat style you enjoy. Your character always have a ranged attack weapon that you can spam with the fire button shoot-em-up style.

The enemies models were (MEH!) at most, It's impressive that the more you advance in the story, most enemies will unlock new attack moves or parts that make fighting them feel refreshing.

There was FPS drops every now and then, its surprising seeing how poor the game graphics look, but nothing that made me rage quite thanks to the spam-able dodge/potions (lol).

~ RPG elements
Its just there, I don't recall the need to grind, and you can take down enemies that higher level than you if you feel like you have the time to spend fighting one enemy.

- The Story
The world story have some very interesting concept, that I wanted to know more about, unfortunately, the game tease you with plots that it never expand on and just hope that you forgot about it. , you will fight characters that seem to have their own cause and motives to fight you, and for your character to fight them, but nothing later explain any thing, as if the game expecting you to finish the mission and forget about it.

The game have a lot of Easter-egg or “Troll” endings, that are a cheesy text dialogue followed with a fake credit screen and losing all your progress to the last time you saved, the game don't have auto save, so save often. And some of those endings are behind a fake dialogue choice system. Do you want to kill this character ? (yes: congrats you get to continue the story, No: whoops, the world ended, you lost the game, go back to your last time you actual saved). Which make me wonder why was they even there if the world doesn't care if I make the “wrong” choice. The game does feature multiple ending at the end of it story. If you don't know what you are doing save often, the game don't feature auto save, but saving is quite fast and straight forward.

The story in the other hand is focused around the playable characters and their chemistry together and with their enemy, its interesting, its emotional, they drop a lot of creation/existence/death philosophy stuff that most of us probably went through at some point of life, the game explorer those themes from a different kind of perspective that is depressing most the time for all parties.

- Twin stick bullet hell shoot-em-up
I love twin stick shooters. This game have it fare share of them and I HATED THEM, they control terribly using a mouse and keyboard, I highly advice having a controller, or just get used to the Keyboard with it limited 8 attack directions, If you managed to make the mouse controls work for you, then I am happy for you and I wish that I figured it out too.

~ Sound Track:
at my first 2 hours of this game, the sound track quickly hit me with all it beauty and emotions. Later in the game they game wither went mute, or the same theme played over and over and over in each zone. Its BEAUTIFUL but limited.

I recommend getting the game in Sale if you are into hack n slash RPG.

This game is boring but full of nostalgia. perhaps boring is not the word I am looking for.

as far as management game goes, the game is very straightforward and simple, it does feel like a perfect clone of theme hospital which is a 1997 game, a game for a different time. It makes me expect more from a modern title.

this is a perfect HD theme hospital if that what you are looking for. I will still play it as if it is a remake title. Recommending it to anyone who enjoyed theme hospital.
