Look, I preordered this game and played it the minute(hour) it came out, and at this point I'm max level and I have every item in the game: It has been my most played game every year since it came out. I've been there through its highs and lows. It's my favorite game. It's stressful AND casual. It's fun AND frustrating. Depending on how you look at it, life is the same way; It CAN be amazing. I find this game "amazing" because I enjoy it for what it is rather than what I want it to be.

Helldivers 2 is an objective, teamwork based, horde shooter. You're a Helldiver above all. With so many options at your arsenal you can be whatever Helldiver you want. You can: be the diver your team needs you to be. Be the Diver super earth needs you to be. Be the diver you want to be.

But your own diver and have fun. Just don't be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, no one wants that.
And most of all... Do NOT take it too seriously, at the end of the mission its just satire.
