You ever get the feeling where you just want to, melt onions in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions, cook and stir for 5 minutes. Throw in onions, cook for 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stir occasionally. Now add the onions, cook and stir for 5 minutes. Stir in onions and broth until evenly mixed. Add onions. Spoon the mix into a 9-inch 1.4L pan sprayed with cooking spray. Brush the top of your onion mixture and the inside of the dish with onions. Cover with onion crust and gently press edge of crust onto the side of the dish to seal. Brush the onion crust with remaining onion. Cut 2-4 slots into the onion crust in order to permit steam to escape. Bake from 30-40 minutes at 375 or until golden onion colour.
