23 runs in, I've gotten to the last boss, and meta-progression mechanics are still being revealed to me. I feel like I've barely scratched the surface of this game, and that's great. Add on Supergiant's customary level of polish and brilliant sound and music design, and this is one I'll keep coming back to for a long, long time.

Early Access Review
This is an edited review as the game has progressed in development. The career mode is more fleshed out, and there are more ships and more variety since I reviewed this game last time. The compelling gameplay is no less compelling now - still as fun as it was before. The only difference is that now I'm actually recommending you purchase it.

Far Cry 3 has gorgeous graphics and beautiful sound. Unfortunately, the game is marred by the inclusion of both the Ubisoft uPlay client as well as by ten-year-old multiplayer. Instead of multiplayer sessions being hosted on servers as most modern games are, they expect you to forward ports - including 80 and 443, for some strange reason. While the single-player campaign is fun (as much of it as I've played so far), the online experience is absolutely terrible. No way I can recommend this.

A Walk in the Dark brings together elements of all of my favourite platformers from recent years. The platforming feels fluid, and the game mechanics, while obviously paying tribute to other games, are well-implemented. I particularly enjoyed the music; I felt it really fit the game.

I'd recommend this to any fan of the modern trend of indie platformers.

I recently picked this game up and was really impressed by the great ability to manage every aspect of a public transportation system. This game does exactly what it says on the box, and does it well. If you enjoy micromanagement and a structured sandbox-style build game, you'll like Cities in Motion 2. If that doesn't appeal to you, though, don't buy it.

It's super entertaining to watch. Rekindled my interest in MOBA/AoS games.
