Once you first spawn in, explore the neighborhood until you find the big house at the top of the level. This house will be guarded off with a fence, as it stores The Abandoned Outpost inside. There will be a Terminal including a mini map of the level, with 3 different houses highlighted red (the houses will be different every time). Go to these houses and find the Computers inside of them. Turn them on, and make sure to be careful, because there might be a Wretch in a house. Once they're all on, go back to the big house and the gate will be unlocked. In the house, find the Spray-Painted arrow pointing at a door. Enter this door, and you will arrive at The Abandoned Outpost.
