Gonna be completely honest, I'm not really a singeplayer guy but after hitting up Far Cry 5 i said hmm, Once Cyberpunk comes out ill play it. I have a few reasons why i gave this game a thumbs up here they are.
[SPOILERS AHEAD IF YOU HAVEN'T PLAYED]

Likes:
1. I love the story of the game and it's atmosphere, Every time i enter the afterlife bar music just gets me pumped all the way and i start feeling it watching all the people dancing.
2. I love the bugs as well, sometimes they can be annoying but i have a laugh every time i get one. Especially T-Posing NPC's, Classic.
3. The environment is amazing, i go around and do these side quest and there are gang wars and police shootouts happening, it's fun.
4. Side jobs and Gigs: Very thought out and fun. Sometimes i go and find free cars throughout the entire game and notice that these missions can be crazy sometimes. From Stealing a car with a guy in the trunk without knowing or just random deliveries up to stealing high-grade materials/guns.
5. JUDY,PANAM,JOHNNY: JESUS CHRIST all amazing people and voice actors. It makes you feel like you are actually there creating chaos with the three. Especially Johnny, You grow to like him throughout the entire game when he's a grade-a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
6. MULTIPLE ENDINGS: I did every single ending and honestly i was not dissapointed with each of them. Getting to see different endings was a + for me because i wanted to see how things would go about if you chose a different dialogue. Especially the ending credits when people are talking to you. Makes you kinda wish you were V in some sort of way. Then there was the secret ending which left no one to die and i was honestly happy with that one.
7: Gun/Blade/Cyberware Combat: I was really happy with this one, from regular power weapons to smart weapon capabilities it was a huge + for me. I loved it every bit, Showed different ways you can use weapons and the new Arms you can have like Mantis Blades or Gorilla Arms. Loved every bit of it.

Dislikes:
1: COPS: Worst police in any game i have ever seen, They spawn out of no where and can easily pick you off without giving you a chance to get away( atleast on very hard)
2: Fist Combat: THE WORST, Especially on "Beat on the Brat" questline. It was a pain in the ass because the dodging sucks and they come flying at you even if you dodge they still hit you. So that needs a bit of improving
3: Character Customization and Three Story Options:
Nomad, Street Kid, and Corpo, while i am glad i have three to choose from i wanted to pick what was in the trailer. Having my own back story instead of a pre-written story that i cannot change at all. It was fun though so it's kind of a love-hate relationship.
The Character Customization: I expected more to be honest, It was a big letdown because you are supposed to be able to become whoever you wanted, Maybe Chrome Arms or Legs. Different types of arms or legs and maybe like sized person. You just get a basic male or female with a certain weight they cannot be changed. Also no barber or hair stylist or anything? Wanted to be able to choose different haircuts throughout the game.
5. Apartments: Oh how much i hated this, Throughout the game you can unlock other homes but you can't actually sleep at it, just stash. You should be able to buy different types of housing throughout night city but unfortunately that was a big no no for me.
6. Cars: Handling and Manuevering sucks so bad. One small turn and you end up destroying your car or better yet hitting random civilians because you can't regain control of the car quick enough. Also you can't even shoot out of the car like i thought you could.
7. Pricing on Weapons and Clothes: What the the hell CD, The pricing is completely crazy, Once you get to level 50 and you wanted to try and find better weapons than you have, I don't want to spend 200k+ just to get something that is slightly better, that is RIDICULOUS. Even at level 5 when you want to get new clothes. Like 500 eurodollars just to buy a new hat or shoes.


Conclusion: It's a really fun game and everyone should definitely play it. I give this game a 9/10 for it's story and gunplay, but still needs alot of improvement.
Especially the performance. I can run Shadow of the tomb raider on Ultra settings at 110 + with RTX 2060 and i5-9600k no problem. This game i can barely get a lick of 60 without my cpu wanting to melt so it just doesn't make any sense to me, Your recommended "specs" is no way near to being able to play the game at medium maybe even low.

Honestly i looked at the game before but did not think it was going to be fun, If you are going to play the game bring a friend! It is so much more enjoyable. I did solo for about 2 hours and that was alright got a bit boring but as soon as i brought my friend along we non-stop grinded for 5 hours. Good Luck Gamers.

Amazing! I love the Exile mods for this! But this game needs to be even more optimized! For now... Good job!
