Unfortunately doesn't seem to be getting any new characters or content. Still worth it though.

Still getting massive updates that add alot of things and changes the way people play, albiet very few per year.

10 Hours into the game...
"Finally finished creating my character!"

10 more hours later...
"Finally finished picking a name!"

While playing the actual game:

"I want an awesome horse!"
*Spends irl money for fire horse*

"I want a cool outfit!"
*Spends irl money to look cool*

"My outfit looks like crap compared to veteran gear"
*Spends in game money to have a crafter make you cool armor*
*Discards outfit that costed irl money*

"I don't like the way my character looks"
*Spends irl money to change character's appearance*

"I don't like my character's name"
*Spends more irl money to change character's name*

"I have eso+ but not the morrowind upgrade"
*Oh well*

A great game that has an awesome system to earn new ships and a great way to fight. Even though it is hard to maneuver ships it adds a challenge to the game that litterally makes every move count.
