Quite the unique experience, which will vary greatly depending on who plays it and how their particular playthrough unfolds, be it from RNG or your decisions along the ride. That "Eureka!" feel that you get from piecing the lore of Hush House and the former residents is something I have only ever gotten from "Chants of Senaar", a game I really recommend.

I really dislike when people say this, but, try to go in blind, only look stuff up in the mid-endgame, or if you're really, really stuck. Also, don't be afraid of restarting, unlike Cultist Sim, progress can be done at a much faster pace, meaning if you really want, you can reset. I've done it a few times, and I can say I haven't lost much time.

As far as I understand, this is an incomplete version of an upcoming game, so bear that in mind.

The game is rather fun in its current state. The weapons are unique enough from one another, and two out of the four available characters spice up the gameplay somewhat. The upgrade system presents a number of ways you can build your character each run, meaning that there's room for experimentation and will not get stale immediately after finishing it.

Now, while it is a fine game overall, and free to play, I'm not currently sure it will last very long on your library. The game currently has around 3 enemy types, as well as 2 "bosses", so, while you might have fun trying different builds, the game will become rather dull after a couple hours.

There's also the problem with difficulty: in its current state, 10 minutes till dawn is far too easy. I got to complete a run without being hit once, before playing for more than an hour. I also got to unlock all of the game's content once that hour passed, so the replayability aspect hinges on how much you enjoy the gameplay itself, which is admitedly good despite its issues.

A hard sell, even though it's free, ironically. Let's hope the final product can iron out some of its shortcomings.

LOSE YOUR MIND. EAT YOUR CREW. DIE.

I did lose my mind, the crew was indeed eaten, and my descent came, as expected.

I would say I got what the game told me I would get, and that just sounds lovely.

Very simple game about pest control.

Nothing weird about it.

Well, maybe the bleeding furniture, and the corrupted architecture, and the coughing man full of growths.

But besides that there is nothing outside the realm of the ordinary.

For when the drugs just don't cut it.
Short trips of ultraviolence packaged in a psychodellic container.

Would reccomend wholeheartedly, although not for playing continously, your eyes WILL bleed.

You ever had that itch, about wanting a tactical shooter set in the Aliens world? Well, Alien Swarm comes the closest to scratching that itch. very fun cooperative game with a certain degree of difficulty.

The original campaign is very solid despite how short it is, and the community maps, while mixed, offer an overall decent experience for you to blast through.

Reccomended for playing in groups, but still suitable for solo play, bots can be enabled to replace real players as well.
