Hello, dear Admin. I am in trouble. I dont understand, why faceit banned me for smurfing. I have only 1 account and i was verificated on it. I was sent ticket to appeal ban (ticket number 6617770) for a week ago, but faceit support don't answer to me. Can you pls help me or see my ticket.

I was banned fot nothing, i guess ur admins misunderstood my ticket and banned me instead of a guy i was reporting and sending screens of his racism towards me, can you do something with that guy and can you unban me? I want to finish my YT video about Faceit
