Hey here are some settings for you to input into your console for Counter Strike.

While playing the game hit the ~ key it will bring up the developers console what you need to do from here is simple. First if it doesnt show up go into the options and enable developer mode.

1. Type cl_cmdrate 101 hit enter
2.Type cl_updaterate 101 hit enter
3. type fps_max or fpsmax 101 hit enter
4. Type interp 0 hit enter
*Additionally i recommend you lower your mouse sensitivity to 2.5 or lower and use a good mouse and headphones. These things make a world of a difference. All these settings do is maximise your connection so there is little lag. You also want to go into your video card settings and take off vsync
