Very nice little game, and now that you can turn off the horror in this game, it becomes a nice simple warehouse Simulator! :)

This is probably the best game that exists in the world for 15€!!!! I feel bad thats only 15€ I'd even pay at least 30€ for this masterpiece. Why is it a masterpiece you ask?

Gameplay felt good. Combat gets more interesting over time because you'll have so much choices on equipment and combos you can do. Enemy and boss design is interesting, diverse and will become quite difficult over time. Don't worry, you'll become better over time aswell. :D

Story might be not so clear for everyone at first sight, some lore elements are very well hidden in the game. But once you understand the story of what is happening in this world you're in and learn about all the lore about the many diffrent NPCs you'll meet, you will probably agree that this games story is pretty good and interesting. Very well written.

I really like the art style. It's kept simple but still looks so great and all the enemies, bosses and NPCs look so good aswell. (Some bosses will spook you, I'm pretty sure haha)

The music is most of the time very calming (except fight music of course) and after hours of hours in one area or fight I never got annoyed by a single piece of music in this game.

I highly recommend this game to everyone, except people who don't like difficult games. Unless you're naturally good at these games you will probably have to retry some bosses and passages many times and you will always have to walk the way from last save point to where you died. If you don't like that, don't buy this game but like I said before YOU WILL LEARN! I could do this, so you can too ~
(I say this because the only negative reviews I read where from people that are bad and blame the game for it, falsely in my opinion. This game is harder than the Ori games I would say, it sometimes might be difficult but I never blamed the game for it, I always knew I did fail and I really don't think you should give a game a negative review because you failed. Side rant over.)

More detailed review and thoughts:

First of all I would say this game is kind off like Dark Souls meets Ori and the Blind Forest.
Some things you know from darksouls like a bonfire or difficult boss fights you will find in this game at least kind off similar.
And gameplay otherwise is very similar to the Ori Games. You Explore an 2D kind off open world, find secrets, hidden passages, you have plattforming elements, fight enemies etc.

I played this game after finishing Ori and the Will of the Wisp and oh boi, I was not prepared for this. This game is really not that easy for average players BUT it's soo good. I love the Ori franchise as well but I played Hollow knight already like double the time I played the Ori games (which I did 100% on) and I am still not 100% out of 112% in this game.

#Gameplay: Controls felt weird for me at the beginning because I just finished Ori but I could quickly adjust to the new movement and environment. Game starts off a bit "slow" and maybe you don't really know what to do BUT in my opinion this isn't bad. Just go explore. Just walk around, you'll find so much interesting stuff and you will know when you can progress in an area and when you don't. You'll find out what you have to do, talk to NPCs whenever you see them, make sure to talk to them more than once untill they repeat themself.
The fighting in the game feels really nice but I struggeld with the knockback in the beginning (you'll adjust to that too). Over time you'll become more and more powerful but there will always be enemies or bosses that will kick your ass. You can also do sooo much diffrent combos with the things you unlock and discover over time. So fun, much variation.
Game has many diffrent enemys and many boss fights, big plus. In Ori I always felt like I'd see the same enemies over and over again but this game has around 150 diffrent enemies (bosses included).

#Story: Like I said in the short review I didn't fully understand the story myself in the beginning I watched a YT video explaining and now every little thing I found ingame made sense. I think the general story is awesome.
I also enjoyed all the small stories around diffrent NPCs.

JUST BUY THE GAME ALREADY!!! IT'S SOOOO GOOD AND YOU'LL SPEND ALOT OF TIME COMPLETING IT.
