Fantastic game, if you like Touhou, cooking games, or more laid back / relaxing kind of games, this is a great choice. Each day has two parts, in the first part you walk around, gather ingredients, buy ingredients from merchants and talk to NPCs for quests. In the second part (the evening) you cook and serve meals to customers, including special ones that you can level up by serving the right food. You earn money which you can spend on a bigger izakaya, on setting it up in new locations and on new and improved cooking gear. It's all very satisfying.

Update after completing the game: everything is still true

Awesome roguelike autobattler, very addictive and fun.

This DLC does everything people hate, like constantly disabling your towers and spawning a ton of flyers and monsters that phase through your melee. It's also very hard, to the point that I barely got through it on casual with Kosmyr + Boneheart. Overall I didn't enjoy it.

It's barely a game. There is practically zero content and what there is looks like alpha, not worthy of a full release at all.

The music's great, but you can listen to that on youtube. Other than that... meh.

The "rhythm shooter" part is fun at the beginning but gets really annoying and tedious later on. Needing to reload weapon makes it really hard to stay in the rhythm. Weapon animations and sounds are also really poorly synced with the rhythm, so you need to lower SFX volume (or mute it) and try really hard to focus only on the music, because if you focus on your weapon for a second you lose your sync. Boss design goes from bad to flat out horrible, and the final boss is the worst. The story is narrated by some cowboy voice that feels really out of place. Difficulty of the optional challenges (called torments) is all over the place, some you will get first try on normal difficulty while others are a challenge even on easy with rhythm cheat mode enabled.

Overall, it's just not a good game. It could have been, because it has the foundation of one, but it isn't. Playing is more annoying than fun.

A really fun game, the only downside is that the goals for the freestyle missions (where you have to do stunts) are so high that even on easy difficulty they're really hard. But the races are fantastic, the vehicles and upgrade system is great, I love the look and atmosphere of the maps and there is more than enough content. Easy thumbs up overall.

Pure grind game. Many hours of doing the exact same thing over and over and over, to slowly gain currency to upgrade your units.

Additionally, winning on the highest difficulty is pure RNG. You can do everything right but get screwed on either the upgrades you are offered or enemy spawn locations or what your sniper decides to shoot and then you just die.

It's an OK kart racer. Not bad, not fantastic. The AI is easy to win against.

Pretty fun TD, not that special though. A good purchase for TD addicts.

Not a roguelike (there is no buffs to choose and other than minor variations in the rooms, there is no randomness). Also very punishing for every mistake you make. Two hits will typically kill you, regardless of what you get hit by. This means you can play perfectly for a long time and then die in 1 second. As if that's not bad enough in itself, there's a monster with target seeking projectiles that follow you around corners and will even do a U-turn if you dodge past them.
