TRADE ACCEPTANCE

Automaticly reject trades if:
* I am losing anything but non-foil Steam trading cards.
* I am not receiving at least the same number of cards on per-game basis.
* If the user asks for special Steam summer/winter sale cards, and has a trade hold.
* if it's bad for us (also see Good, Neutral and bad trades ).

Good, Neutral and Bad trades
* Trade is good for us if our progress towards badge completion advances. A A -> A B
* Trade is neutral for us if our progress towards badge completion doesn't change. A B -> A C
* Trade is bad for us if our progress towards badge completion declines. A B -> A A
