This sits next to Baldur's Gate 3 for my most anticipated games of all time. When this game was just a store page with a tech demo video, I got super excited for it and shared it with practically everyone I knew. When the game got a demo, I immediately played it (thouroughly) and recommended it to practically everyone I knew. When August 22nd came, I sat on the store page refreshing until the game was purchasable. Like BG3, at no point have I been disappointed by this game.

Tactical Breach Wizards is very unique, and in a fantastic way. The gameplay is novel, but flawless, the visuals gorgeous, the characters and story witty and (somehow) compelling.

While the game is primarily a story-driven experience, there are muliple upgrade paths and a level editor, allowing for significantly more than the advertised 14 hour campaign.

I firmly believe that everyone should experience this game

Great Game.

• Tons of game modes; co-op (Invade and annex, patrol ops), PvP (King of the hill, Capture the island), Role playing, etc.
  
• Great community
  
• Tons of groups to get involved with; groups for casuals, milsimers (military simulaton), realsimers (realsim simulation), etc.
  
• Workshop; ridiculous community, mods, maps, missions. For realism, fun, practice, etc.
  
• Massive Maps; the largest, Altis, is 270 square kilometers (167 square miles)
  
• Great editor; the new(ish) 3D Eden editor is amazing and lets you create anything you want (scripts galore if you're into that)
  
• Tons of vehicles
  
• Tons of weapons
  
• Tons of attachments
  
• Tons of apparel
  
• Controller support (console controllers, joysticks, yokes, pedals (rudder/race), steering wheels, head/eye tracking, etc.)

• Need a fairly good computer, the game is not very well optimized and is CPU bottlenecked (but yay for 64 bit!)†
  
• A fair amount of content is DLC, however most of it can be used if you can deal with a massive watermark
  
• In my opinion not very fun to play solo, but because of the community, it's easy to find a group to play with

† While definitely an issue, Arma is very much a slower paced game in most areas and can very easily be played at 30fps in most scenarios.

Amazing game with tons of assets, tons of ways to utilize them, great game modes, a great community (modding and otherwise), but fairly poor optimization and a bit of (worth it) DLC.

Buy the game, spend half an hour in KotH, Invade and Annex, and Altis life. Refund. If you can't, you wouldn't have wanted to anyway. (and get the DLC in a bundle or on sale)

2021 Update: The game isn't dead, but burnout is real and prevalent; of my 45 friends who have played the game (averaging 1590hrs per person), 7 have played at all in the past 2 weeks, for a combined 21 hours

Very addicting and fun to play. Well worth your money.
